Connecting new user to Healthcode (existing Healthcode customer)


EXISTING HEALTHCODE CUSTOMERS

Step 1- Send Healthcode an email requesting your account is connected to TouchPoints.health

OR 

Call on 0330 900 4900 

This can take 5-7 days

(see example email attachment below)

Step 2- Once account is connected by Healthcode

Log in to your Healthcode Account:

Go to www.healthcode.co.uk and log in.
Find Web Service Credentials: Once logged in, click the person icon in the top right-hand corner and select "Web Service Credentials" from the menu.
View Credentials: Select the billing site you need the password for and click "View Credentials" to access the API Key (formerly known as password) and Web Services User ID

Note all 3 of these down and enter them into TouchPoints.health (see enclosed video)


Step 3- Enter details from Step 2 into TouchPoints.health platform

Click on 'integrations' tab in bottom hidden menu

Click "Connect" next to Healthcode

Enter SiteID: [enter site ID here from Healthcode]

WebServicesID: [enter Web Service ID from Healthcode]

Password: [enter the long password from Step 2]

Click "Next"

Then select your name from the 3 dropdowns

Click "Next"

And you should button now says "Connected"
