This setup must be completed by the clinical user directly. For security and privacy reasons, TouchPoints cannot complete this connection on your behalf.
Please make sure that no browser toolbars, taskbars, or other items are covering the bottom of your screen, as the TouchPoints menu you need is located in the hidden menu at the bottom of the platform.
Log in to the TouchPoints platform.
At the bottom of the screen, open the hidden menu. You should see a menu item called Integrations.
Click Integrations.
On the Integrations page, you will see a Google Calendar integration card.
We strongly recommend that you first click Download Instructions and follow the instructions carefully.
Click Generate Calendar Link.
You will then be able to choose which TouchPoints calendars you would like to connect to your Google Calendar, including private calendars where applicable.
Please follow the downloaded instructions precisely to complete the connection in Google Calendar.
TouchPoints.Health has no control over how frequently Google Calendar updates external calendar feeds.
The timing of updates is entirely controlled by Google.
This means that appointments which are moved, deleted, or cancelled in TouchPoints may take up to 12 hours to update in your Google Calendar.
This delay is not controlled by TouchPoints.Health and cannot be manually accelerated by TouchPoints support.
To connect your calendars:
Log in to TouchPoints.
Open the hidden menu at the bottom of the screen.
Click Integrations.
Find the Google Calendar integration card.
Click Download Instructions.
Click Generate Calendar Link.
Follow the instructions exactly in Google Calendar.
Once connected, your selected TouchPoints calendars will appear in your Google Calendar, subject to Google’s own refresh schedule.
