How to create/update a new calendar (aka clinic locations)
To create or update a calendar for a clinic or hospital location where you see patients, you must first ensure the location is saved in your Contacts and marked as a Favourite.

From the top menu, select Contacts. Choose Locations.

Search for and select the clinic or hospital where you will be practising.

Open the location record.
Step 2. Save the Location as a Favourite

Within the location record, mark the location as a Favourite.

Save your changes.
Once saved as a favourite, the location will become selectable when creating or updating calendars.
Step 3. Enter the Hospital ID (Healthcode Billing)
If you submit invoices via Healthcode, you must enter the Hospital ID for this location.

In the same location record, find the Hospital ID field.

Enter the Hospital ID exactly as provided by Healthcode.

Save the record.
Important:

The Hospital ID is supplied directly by Healthcode.

If this field is not completed, invoices cannot be submitted via Healthcode for this location.
Step 4. Use the Location in Calendars
Once the location is:
it will be available to select when creating or updating your calendars.

Important-
If you want to bill via Healthcode at this location ensure the HospitalID is entered. This is supplied by Healthcode.
Also note Healthcode must add this location to your PPR
BEFORE you can send invoices from this location.

Notes:
For a location to appear and be selectable please add this in your favourites (Contacts icon top menu bar --> Locations--> Add to favourites)
Pre-payment will only be selectable if you have connected a payment gateway (e.g Stripe or Elavon)
Terms and conditions will appear if you use the on-line booking links
