How to Edit a Patient’s Registered Details

If you need to update or change a patient’s registered details in TouchPoints.health, such as their demographics, address, or contact information, this can be done at any time from the patient profile.

To access the patient profile, click on the patient’s name anywhere in the platform. This will open their full patient record.

On the Demographics card, look to the top right corner where you will see a pencil icon. Clicking this pencil will take you back into the patient registration screen.

From here, you can update all registered details, including personal information, address, and contact details. Once changes are saved, the updated information will be reflected across the platform.

If you need assistance updating patient details, please contact support@touchpoints.health for help.
