How to Resend Appointment emails to Patients

How to Resend Appointment Information to Patients

If a patient has misplaced their original appointment email and asks for it to be sent again, you do not need to rearrange or edit the booking. You can simply resend the existing appointment confirmation.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the Calendar

From the main menu, click Calendar.

Step 2: Select Your View

Choose either Weekly or Monthly view, depending on how you prefer to locate the appointment.

Step 3: Find the Appointment

Locate the relevant appointment in the calendar.

Step 4: Open the Appointment

Click on the patient’s name within the appointment.
This will open the Edit Appointment screen.

Step 5: Resend the Appointment

Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Appointment screen.
You will see:

  • An option to cancel the appointment

  • A blue Resend Appointment button

Click Resend Appointment.

The system will immediately resend the original appointment email to the patient.
