Understanding invoice numbers (Clinics)

Invoice numbers are automatically generated for clinics.
These are generated from the clinician's' first and last initial.
If there are 2 or more clinicians with the same initial pairing this is handled in the following way-


Invoice numbers will sequentially increase,
For example Alex Adams' 1000th invoice will be AA001000
