Joining a Video / Telemedicine Call as a Clinician

TouchPoints.health allows clinicians to join secure video consultations directly from the calendar.


When the join option appears
Five minutes before a scheduled video or telemedicine appointment, a green Join button will appear next to the patient card in the day calendar view.


Joining the call
Clicking the Join button will open a new secure window on your computer. This window is used specifically for the video consultation.

If the patient has already joined the call, you will be connected automatically. If the patient has not yet joined, the system will connect as soon as they enter the consultation.

This process ensures a secure and seamless start to video consultations without the need for external video platforms.
